From the body point of view - every cell has a 'brain' and a 'heart'. The body is incredibly wise ! it knows how to 'contract' in order to protect itself and it yearns to 'expand' so it can go back to its natural state. The mind and its perceptions are no different than the body, It's one and the same. Returning to expansion restores flow, health fulfillment and joy.
